The exhibition presents more than 100 photos captured by Photographer Mầu Hoàng Thiết about historical situation in 1959 – 1975 period when the North, as a rear, provided great support to the South in the resistance war against America.

In a spirit of “each person does the work of two people” and “one hand on the plow and one hand on the gun”, the Northern people who were mostly women promoted the spirit of self-reliance and productivity to support the South, contributed to the complete victory in the resistance war against America in 1975.

Images of the exhibition are valuable historical source supporting historical researchers and visitors to have a comprehensive view on the war against America of Vietnamese people.
