The National Archives Center No. 4 is one of the major historical archives of the country with well-educated and experienced staff who can quickly and effectively process any request.

The National Archives Center No. 4 is a trusted partner in conducting classification and arrangement of records for many organizations and agencies nationwide. From 2016 to 2019 only, the Center conducted arranging, classifying and identifying retention schedule for 25,000 linear meters of records created by government agencies in districts and provinces in Lam Dong, Phu Yen, Gia Lai, etc.

Ensure quality of files and folders after conducting classification and arrangement, 01 year guaranty, 24/7 professional support. After 01 year of guaranty, the National Archives Center No. 4 will continue to support you in next 12 months if there is any concern or difficulty.
Provide training and guidance on record management and archives in accordance with laws and regulations
Provide record management software for free to contract valued 500 million VND and above or on the basis of agreement.

The National Archives Center No. 4 is a trusted partner in providing public services on digitization of records, set up database and transferring record management software to organizations, agencies and enterprises. Some of our partners are Department of Natural resources and Environment of Krong Pa district - Gia Lai province, Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway Project Management Board, Central Power Corporation, etc.
With well-educated and experienced technicians supported by modern facilities to meet the requirements of the ISO 27001:2013 on information security management, the National Archives Center No. 4 is a reputable and creditable provider of digitization services in archives.
DIGITIZATION
High resolution digital camera and scanner, fast processing speed, being able to handle many record sizes.
Digitized records are ensured to meet technical requirements, such as: Digitized image’s resolution is from 200 dpi in 100% scale, different choices of formats (PDF, JPEG, TIFF), suitable to be stored and accessed by LAN or internet.
Image quality has no difference with the original, metadata and image are integrated and arranged systematically.

The National Archives Center No. 4. is keeping 37 archival fonds and collections. They are treasured collections reflecting various aspects dating back to the Hung Kings’ reign.
With many staff who can interpret records in Sino Nom scripts and French, the National Archives Center No. 4 is a favorite destination for organizations and agencies in studying local culture and history.

The National Archives Center No. 4 is a public non-business unit with rich experience in organizing exhibitions on various topics from archival records.
With a team of officials who are deeply trained in social majors, have skills of translation, synthesis, art design, accurate and scientific information processing, the National Archives Center No. 4 has become a reliable partner of many localities over the years.

The National Archives Center No. 4 has conducted restoration for more than 300,000 pages of damaged records. The restoration helps to increase record’s durability, longevity, effectiveness in digitization and provide better reference services.

The archival repository’s capacity is about 6,600 linear meters of shelves. It’s equipped with modern facilities such as compact shelves, de-acidified boxes, big-size and oversize shelves, etc.
Deposited records are ensured to be preserved and kept confidential as prescribed by law and regulation.
The Center also provides facilities for record preservation such as file and folder cover, box, shelf, etc. from reputable suppliers.

Fumigation is a necessary activity to help prevent or reduce risk for archival records and ensure the repository and equipment are clean. The National Archives Center No. 4 has become a reliable partner in conducting fumigation for many organizations and agencies.
